After reading the stories of 10 incredibly interesting and successful women in the Kindle Serial The 10 Habits of Highly Successful Women by Glynnis MacNicol and Rachel Sklar, I began a Blog Serial on my journey to ‘creating a world where people move freely to what they want’ by using Tapping (EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques).

Chapter 2: How an ECHO Can Free You from Blocks to Health & Success

As I continued to tap for personal growth and with clients, I found Matrix Reimprinting Using EFT: Rewrite Your Past, Transform Your Future by Karl Dawson & Sasha Allenby. After Karl Dawson became an EFT Master Trainer, he discovered Matrix Imprinting while conducting an EFT practitioner training in Australia. There an attendee dealing with a highly traumatic memory, said she could see a picture of her younger self so clearly she could tap on her, which is the core of Matrix Reimprinting.

Karl and his co-author Sasha Allenby have successful treated major illnesses, big-T traumas, addictions, as well as a host of other blocks to health and success.

There are two main Matrix Imprinting Techniques of Matrix Scene Reimprinting using a 14-step process, and Matrix Memory Imprinting, which has 17 steps. Using these two techniques and a variety of protocols, remarkable progress has been made in uncovering ways to heal serious illnesses such as those Sasha herself experienced, myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) and bipolar affective disorder (manic depression) in a relatively short period of time.

I was amazed as I read of ways in which, as I pursued EFT certification, I might learn how to help both myself and others who have weight, addiction, and health issues.

Is this next on my path or is there another way in which I can create that world for people moving freely to what they want?

QUESTION: Where in your life might there be an ECHO that is holding the answer to blocks to your health, wellbeing, joy?

In January The 10 Habits of Highly Successful Women by Glynnis MacNicol and Rachel Sklar was published as a Kindle Serial, a new format of one episode at a time. Having the chapters arrive, episode by episode, made each fascinating woman’s story seem special and allowed time for trying the habit on for size,

SO . . .

I am creating a “Blog Serial”, The Tapping Factor, which will be published in episodes as I uncover the ways in which Tapping (EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques) empowers me in ‘creating a world where people move freely to what they want.’

Chapter 1: Reweaving Threads from the Past

Tapping came into my life at a stressful time of divorce, two teenage daughters, and moving to another state for work. It was very useful but as things calmed down, it went to the back burner of my tool kit for change work.

What turned it up to high was The Tapping Solution: A Revolutionary System for Stress-Free Living by Nick Ortner and Mark Hyman, M.D. This followed the very successful The Tapping Solution, a 2008 film by Nick Ortner, Jack Canfield, and Nick Polizzi which followed ten people in deep emotional and physical pain as they spent four days together with experts in EFT and finding incredible healing.

I have been using tools from the book and tap alongs with the movie to make profound changes in my own life, releasing weight and maintaining that for a year. In using the EFT tools with those interested in moving forward toward what they want freely, I have been having such powerful results that I am beginning my journey toward certification as an EFT Practitioner.

Please ‘stay tuned’ for the next episode . . .

QUESTION: What is something you want? What might be keeping you from moving freely to it?

Recently Amazon.com led me into a new form of literature – Kindle serials. I am discovering the 10 Habits of Highly Successful Women, in clusters of two or three amazing stories told by highly successful women and edited by Glynnis MacNichol and Rachel Sklar.

QUESTIONS:  How have you been or experienced ‘highly successful women’ in the past few years? What do you find special about them?

A chance encounter at Trader Joe’s by the avocados, a recommendation for a well-known blogger scrawled hurriedly led to finding a book by Tom Kelley rather than Tim Kelly. The book is designed to provide a YES to “Am I creative?” if you will work in small pieces and big ideas.
